A national speaker’s bureau came to Digital Sabre Solutions in need of an internal processes overhaul. Technology was practically non-existent and everything within the organization was done by hand, consuming endless hours of manpower. The bureau needed a more efficient system to track the extensive list of speakers, speaking engagements, and parties they interact with to create a specific speaking event. Approximately ten different contracts related to any single speaking event, which needed to be entered, categorized, and retrievable. Digital Sabre was able to develop a customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solution to bring the speaker’s bureau into the 21st century. |
