Digital Sabre Solutions is a joint venture between MAS Investments and Revere Investments LLC. MAS Investments is a subsidiary of MAS Holdings, which employs over 40,000 people in 10 different countries with annual revenues exceeding $500M US. Revere Investments is owned by Chetan Amalean who started Digital Intersect LLC in 2003. Digital Intersect has now merged into Digital Sabre Solutions.

The international nature and depth of MAS Holdings coupled with the technical expertise of Revere Investments gives our clients a large economic advantage in meeting their software requirements.

Chetan Amalean, CEO of Digital Sabre, is a graduate of UNC Charlotte and has made Charlotte, NC his home for the past 8 years. His career has carried him to Sri Lanka, Singapore and Texas working for some of the most respected IT companies in the world. He transformed Digital Intersect (DI) from a web design firm to an international outsourcing company delivering reliable and cost effective software solutions.

Digital Sabre Solutions (DSS), currently has a team of 50 people. Some are based in North Carolina to conceptualize and support solutions for our US clients. Others are in Sri Lanka and India to develop the practical software solutions for implementation. DSS plans to grow to 200 employees worldwide in the next 5 years.
